All of our products purchased from our North American site are dispatched from our USA Warehouse in Houston TX. All orders are shipped next business day from the time of purchase or same day if the orders are placed before 12PM (GMT-5)*. All shipments are accompanied by a tracking number which is sent via email once the product is dispatched.

All of our products purchased from our Australian online store are dispatched from our warehouse in  Melbourne, Australia. All orders are shipped next business day from the time of purchase or same day if the orders are placed before 12PM (GMT+10)*.

All of our products purchased from our European site are dispatched from our Netherlands Warehouse. All orders are shipped next business day from the time of purchase or same day if the orders are placed before 12PM (GMT+1)*

All of our products purchased from our UK site are dispatched from our United Kingdom Warehouse. All orders are shipped next business day from the time of purchase or same day if the orders are placed before 12PM (GMT)*

*Same and next day shipping cannot be guaranteed during Peak Sale Periods.

DO YOU SHIP TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

Yes! Although we are based in Australia, we have warehouses in the USA and Europe which enables us to ship to customers all over the world using a variety of different international express couriers to ensure your product is received quickly and safely!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

International shipping varies depending on the country we're shipping to. We also offer different shipping cost tiers. See below shipping costs for our different stores.

Light My Bricks uses USPS for domestic shipping. Once dispatched, most orders will arrive between 3-4 business days depending on destination.

Light My Bricks offers a flat rate of $9.99 per order for our customers based in the USA.

For customers based in South America we provide the following shipping tiers as per below:

South America (via Fedex Ground - 4-7 Bus. Days)

Light My Bricks uses Canada Post for domestic shipping. Once dispatched, most orders will arrive between 4-6 business days depending on destination.

Light My Bricks offers a flat rate of $11.99 per order for our customers based in Canada. 

Australian Store - www.lightmybricks.com.au

Our Australian site is dedicated to Australian, Asian, and New Zealand customers and our prices are charged in AUD. We ship using Australian Post (Standard and Express) for domestic shipments and DHL Express for international.

Light My Bricks offers flat rate domestic shipping of $9.99 AUD per order.

Customers from Asia and New Zealand can purchase through our Australian store. Light My Bricks uses DHL Express and Fedex for international shipping to New Zealand and Asia. Once dispatched, most orders will arrive between 2 - 3 business days depending on destination.

Remote Areas: Please note that DHL Express shipping offer does not include any addresses that are listed under 'DHL Remote Areas'. For a full list of excluded postcodes please click here. In the event your address is in a 'DHL Remote Area' your shipment will be sent via Australia Post International shipping.

All orders are shipped the next business day from the time of purchase (EU time) or the same day if the orders are placed before 12PM (GMT+1). For those who reside in countries within the EU Union, Light My Bricks offers a flat rate of € 10.99 per order. Light My Bricks ship using Post NL and DHL depending on the country of destination. Transit times are typically between 2-6 business days.

Light My Bricks offers tiered shipping rates for customers who reside outside of the EU Union. Please note that customers outside of the EU Union may be subject to import taxes and custom duties (VAT) levied by your local customs office. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of your local importation rules and levies. Light My Bricks cannot assist in matters related to custom duties and importation taxes.

All orders are shipped next business day from the time of purchase or same day if the orders are placed before 12PM (GMT). Light My Bricks ship to the UK using Royal Mail and transit times are typically between 1-2 business days.

I DON'T LIVE IN AUSTRALIA. WILL I BE CHARGED WITH IMPORT TAX / VAT ?

Customers outside of Australia who purchase from our North American store www.lightmybricks.com may be subject to import taxes and customs duties (VAT) levied by your local customs office, once the order reaches the destination country. Canada is one of these countries which their residents may be subject to VAT and duties.

Customers outside of European Union who purchase from our European store www.lightmybricks.eu may be subject to import taxes and customs duties (VAT) levied by your local customs office, once the order reaches the destination country. These countries include Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Russia, Ukraine, Poland.

These additional additional fees for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Light My Bricks has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our control.

Russia Shipping Restrictions

Due to the ongoing conflict, Light My Bricks is unable to fulfil deliveries to Ukraine and has suspended all orders to Russia. Our thoughts are with everyone impacted at this time.
